Privacy Policy
Mrs. NetShow, who greets you on this page, is an AI agent.
Last updated September 2026
What we keep when you visit
- Your conversations with our AI agents. What you type or say to an agent, and what it answers, with the time and the website you were on. Spoken turns are turned into text and kept as text.
- A visitor cookie,
netshow_visitor_id, so our agent can recognise you when you come back to the same site. With it we keep your browser language, your time zone if your browser shares it, a scrambled one-way code of your browser type, scrambled codes of your last 20 internet addresses (never the addresses themselves), how many visits you have made, the site that sent you on your first visit, and a few short lines from your latest chat so the agent can pick up where you left off. - Your contact details, if you give them. If you type an email address or phone number into a chat, we keep it with that conversation so the business you talked to can get back to you.
- What the agent is told while you talk. To answer in a way that fits, the agent may be told whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer, your language, the kind of place that sent you (a search engine, social media, another site, or a direct visit) and the campaign tag in the link you followed (
utm_campaign). - Topics you asked about and offers you saw. With your personalization permission, we keep up to 8 topic tags, 10 redacted questions, 10 offers and your answers, and your last 20 page paths with dates and referral campaign tags. These notes expire 180 days after your last visit or conversation. A business’s agent can read only that business’s notes; our own agents can read only NetShow’s notes. You can see these notes in What I remember and remove them with Forget me.
- Analytics. When Google Analytics 4 is switched on for our own pages, it counts the page you view (its address without anything after a
?) with Google signals and ad personalization turned off.
If you have a NetShow account
- Your account. Your name, your email address and your password, which we keep only in scrambled form. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- Your agents' settings. For each agent you create: its name, personality and instructions, the look and voice you chose, the knowledge you add, and the settings of its public page and website widget.
- Conversations with your agents. The text of what visitors say to your agents and what they answer, so you can read it in your dashboard.
- Recordings you choose to upload, such as a picture or a voice sample for your agent, are kept with your account until you delete them or ask us to.
Your voice
When you talk out loud to a host, your voice streams through NetShow's own voice relay to our speech model provider, OpenAI, so the host can hear you and answer. We keep the words as text with the conversation, not the sound of your voice.
Who we share it with
- We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
- What you say to an agent goes to the AI model provider that writes its answer (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google), only to produce that answer.
- Stripe handles payments, and Twilio handles phone calls and text messages when you use them.
- The business that owns an agent can read the conversations people have with that agent.
Delete your agents or your account
- An agent: sign in, open the agent and choose Delete. The agent and its settings are removed.
- Your account: email support@netshow.ai from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete the account and its agents and answer within 45 days.
- What we keep from a visit: email the same address; see your choices below.
Why we keep it
- So our agents can answer you, and remember what you asked so you do not have to repeat yourself next time.
- So the agent can tell you about NetShow services that fit what you asked about, and the business you talked to can reply to you.
- To fix and improve the site, and to keep it safe: the scrambled address codes help us limit abuse without keeping your address.
What we never keep, and what not to type
- We never keep a camera picture. The camera sends a still only when you press Send, and we use it to answer and do not store it.
- Our visitor record never takes a fingerprint of your screen, graphics or audio hardware.
- We do not try to work out your age, gender, health, ethnicity, religion or anything similar from what you do on our sites.
- Please do not type card numbers, passwords or secret keys into a chat. Our internal activity logs hide them automatically, but the conversation record keeps what you typed; if it happens, email support@netshow.ai and we will delete it.
Microphone and camera
Your browser asks before our agent can use your microphone or camera, and turning on the live mic or camera is your OK for that conversation only. What you say is turned into text, and that text is kept with the conversation like a typed message. The camera shows you the picture first, lets you cover parts of it, and sends it only when you press Send; we use it to answer and do not store it.
How long we keep it
- Conversations with our agents: 30 days after the last message, then deleted automatically.
- The
netshow_visitor_idcookie: 12 months in your browser. The visitor record it points to is kept until you ask us to delete it. - Notes our agents remember about you: our limits are 90 days for facts, 180 days for preferences and 30 days for summaries of past conversations. The automatic clean-up that enforces these limits is not switched on yet, so until it is, these notes are kept until you ask us to delete them.
- Voice transcripts and contact details you gave in a chat: until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
- Do Not Sell or Share. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC), we treat it as your opt-out, and the Do not personalize me button below does the same on this browser.
- Cookie choices. Essential cookies keep the site working and are always on. Analytics and Personalization are optional: turn personalization off with the button below, and clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Our cookie policy names each cookie and has your cookie choices.
- See what we keep, or forget me. See what we keep about this browser: the profile you agreed to share, how many conversations we keep and until when, your last questions, what you agreed to and the choices in force. Forget me erases all of it: keeping stops on this browser at once, and the erasure finishes within minutes. For a copy by email, write to support@netshow.ai; we answer within 45 days.
Who is talking to you
Our agents are AI, not people. They are told to say so whenever you ask, and never to claim to be a person.
California residents
In the last 12 months we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (the visitor cookie, scrambled address codes, and an email or phone number you chose to give), internet activity (your conversations with our agents, the site that sent you, and, when analytics is switched on, the pages it counts), audio information when you use the microphone (kept as text), and inferences about the services you are interested in, from what you asked. You have the right to know what we collect and to get a copy, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share it, and we treat GPC as your opt-out. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights. Email support@netshow.ai; we answer within 45 days.
EU and UK visitors
For analytics and for personalization (remembering you between visits) we rely on your consent. You can say no at any time in the cookie choices, with the button below, with GPC or Do Not Track, or by clearing cookies. We rely on our legitimate interest to keep the site secure and working, and on our contract with you if you have a NetShow account. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and move your data, and to complain to your data protection authority. Email support@netshow.ai.
Connected accounts
When you connect another account to NetShow (for example Google), we keep the access it grants so the connection works. You can remove that access at any time in that service's own account settings, or ask us to.
Keeping it safe
Every page is served over HTTPS, passwords are kept only in scrambled form, and access to your data is limited to the people and systems that run the service. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you as the law requires.
Who at NetShow looks at conversations
We look at conversations only to fix a problem, to keep people safe, or when the law requires it.
Do not personalize me:
Our avatars remember a returning visitor so they can pick up where you left off. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC), we treat it as your request to opt out, and we also honour Do Not Track. You can choose it here too.
On NetShow's public agent pages in this browser, the avatar chat will greet you without remembered-visit personalization, and the lead-linking tools we give businesses will skip visits we can tie to this choice. Visits you made before choosing, our Live Stage and embedded chat pages, and chats on other companies' websites may not be covered.
Updates to this policy:
When we change this policy, we change the date at the top of this page. Questions: support@netshow.ai or our contact page.
