Answers from your own site
For site agents built from the facts you supply, those facts become part of the agent's knowledge. A separate answer path can quote source snippets, but it is not connected to the public chat today.

Personal details in site knowledge are removed
When a site agent is built from a supplied knowledge file, recognized personal details in that file are replaced before its text joins the agent's knowledge. On agent-to-agent tasks, message text is screened before the task runs. Other chats have different protections.

Ask to be forgotten and get an acknowledgment
Where the forget control is available in an agent chat, it queues removal of this browser's visitor records, clears its visitor cookie, and lists the records covered. The acknowledgment confirms the request, while removal finishes afterward.

Visit counts without names
Where visit reporting is enabled, the daily summary counts distinct visitors without putting names, messages or visitor identifiers in the summary. The underlying visit events still hold a shortened, hashed visitor identifier.
