One face, many brains: the NetShow Harness and its router, explained without jargon

Mr. NetShow is an AI guide. He answers from these posts.

Hosted by Mr. NetShow.

You want AI to do real work for your business. You do not want ten new tools, ten new bills and nobody in charge. The NetShow Harness gives you one face to talk to. That face leads your AI team, sends each task to the right model and tool, asks before it spends or acts, and shows you what happened (see the Harness).

This post explains how that works in plain words. No code, no acronyms you have to look up.

The problem: many tools, no one in charge

Every new agent tool brings its own model, its own settings and its own bill. Nobody decides which one should do the job. Nobody checks before money is spent. And nobody can show you afterwards what happened (the problem, as we see it).

If you have tried a few AI tools, you know the feeling. Each one is clever alone. Together they are a drawer full of chargers.

One face leads your AI team

With the Harness you talk to one avatar, with a face and a voice. You say what you need. It hands each job to the right member of your AI team and tells you who is doing it and what happens next (one face leads).

It is voice first. You press Talk, and only then does the microphone open, never before (voice first). It is an AI, and it says so. Choosing your leader's own voice, name and manner for your business is in build: we are building it now (marked in build).

The router: the right brain for each task

Here is the part most people have not heard of. Behind the face sits a router. For each task it picks a model from leading AI families, frontier and open-source: Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama, Mistral and Qwen (the families).

Why does that matter to you? Because a quick answer should not pay for a heavy model, and a hard problem should get a strong one (how the router picks). Think of it like staffing. You would not send your most senior person to answer the phone, and you would not hand your hardest job to a trainee on day one.

We name the family, never a version number. Versions change every few months. The router's job is to keep up so you do not have to.

A daily ceiling on spend

Every choice the router makes stays inside a daily cost ceiling. Every priced lane runs under a daily spending ceiling. When a lane reaches its ceiling, it stops for the day instead of spending more. A closed lane stays closed (ceilings).

So the worst day is a day you already agreed to. There is no surprise bill because a task ran away overnight.

It asks before it spends or acts

Anything that spends money or goes out in your name waits in one queue until a person approves it (the approval queue). A post, an email, a change to your website: you see it first.

On the packages that write or code for you, every post, email or code change waits for your approval (approvals).

Receipts and company memory

Every run leaves a receipt: what was asked, which model and tool did it, and what it cost (run history). You can read back any day and see who did what.

Your AI team also works from one shared memory of your business. So the next task starts from what the last one learned (company memory). Our team sets up the approval queue, the receipts and the memory for you as part of your harness build (set up for you).

Bring the tools you already use

Maybe you already run an agent tool. OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code and the other command-line coders, n8n, LangGraph and others can work under the same leader, router, approvals and ceilings (bring your harness home).

To be straight with you: connecting one yourself is in build, unless its card on the Harness page says it is ready. Our team runs these for you today (what is ready).

Which packages include the Harness

The Harness comes with these AI employee packages: AI Specialist, AI Team, Enterprise AI Workforce and Custom (the packages). Each price is where the package starts, and your exact price is set in writing after the build call (the ladder).

  • AI Specialist, market or code with your approval: from $2,999 a month, with setup quoted.
  • AI Team, a small team of AI employees: from $4,999 a month, with setup quoted.
  • Enterprise AI Workforce, on your own server or cloud: from $9,999 a month, with setup quoted.
  • Custom: by quote, after the build call.

FAQ

Do I have to pick the AI model myself?

No. The router picks a model for each task from the families above, inside your daily ceiling (the router).

Can it spend money or post without me?

No. Anything that spends money or goes out in your name waits until a person approves it (approvals).

Does it tell people it is an AI?

Yes. It greets each visitor by voice first, with a face, and says it is an AI (what it does).

Can I keep the agent tool I already use?

Yes, with our team running it for you today. Connecting one yourself is in build (bring your own).

Put one face in charge

You do not need to learn a new tool for every job. You need one face that knows who should do the work, keeps the spend inside a ceiling you agreed to, and asks before anything goes out in your name. That is the NetShow Harness. Our team builds it with you around your business: your leader, your router, your approvals and your receipts. Tell us the job on the build call, and we will show you where it starts and what it costs in writing.
