NetShow for investors
One agent, any body
Mrs. NetShow is one character with one set of rules. She lives on screens today. The same character can move into a body next, one rung at a time, and every rung below says whether it is live or next.
The body ladder
We climb one rung at a time. A rung is live only when a stranger can reach it today; everything else is marked next.
- LIVE A lobby TV or kiosk: Mrs. NetShow on the big screen
- NEXT A tablet at the front desk
- BUILT A desk robot head wearing a NetShow agent in its simulator: faces the speaker, nods while talking, rests, stops when told; passed the nine-scenario body safety exam; no robot bought
- NEXT A presence-only bridge to the open robot operating system: any robot or simulator that speaks it can show the agent’s face, voice and listening, with every motion refused
- NEXT Four-legged robots and humanoids, pilots only: sit, stand, face the speaker and small gestures in place, after the owner signs the motion rules
- NEXT Field and garden robots: the agent proposes each job and the owner confirms every run
Built on the open wave
Open robot models that see, read an instruction and move are now published by labs in China, Europe, Japan, Korea and the US, and several allow business use.
NetShow builds on open-source robotics, open simulators and open models under their licences, rides the robot makers’ own safety controllers, and builds the character that lives above them.
The seam
The agent, then its harness and memory, then an approved intent, then the paired device, then the device’s own safety stack, then the maker’s SDK. NetShow sits above the maker’s motion brain and never replaces it.
What a body may and may not do
The rules are written and frozen: the presence fabric contract sets raw motor commands to false, and the embodiment contract refuses motion.
The motion contract is not switched on; it waits for the owner’s word (the brakes class).
| May or may not | What the body does |
|---|---|
| May | Show a face, speak, listen, light up |
| May | Orient, nod, gesture in place, sit, stand, dock |
| May | Navigate only on mapped routes, granted on the device, with a person supervising |
| May not | Take raw motor commands |
| May not | Touch people or block exits |
| May not | Carry a sensor grant from one device to another |
| May not | Record without a grant |
| May not | Obey speech for purchases, messages or locks |
| May not | Keep moving when the network drops, an envelope expires or the stop is pressed |
The moat: consent and the AI label
The same character, one portable file, says it is an AI on every door. NEXT: that file will carry proof of consent for every face and voice it wears.
- NEXT The likeness consent ledger: one signed grant for each borrowed face or voice
- NEXT The AI label on every look and in her first line on every door
What we build
We don’t build robots. We build the someone who lives inside them.
