An agentic business site is a website with its own AI host. Your visitor can read about your business and ask the host for help on the same page. The host explains what you offer and helps the visitor find a useful next step. It says it is an AI agent, so the visitor knows who is speaking.
The site and the host start from the same information about your business. You check that information before the site goes live. Here is how to start and what to check along the way.
Steps
-
Open the business overview. It explains the site, its employee and the build call. The overview and the business directory are off by default until NetShow switches them on. If either page is unavailable, use the contact page and say you want a business website with an AI host.
-
On the overview, choose Book a build call. The request goes through
/contact-salesto the build call page when that page is enabled, or to the contact form otherwise. Tell the team what you sell, who you serve, how customers reach you and what you want a visitor to do next. A request does not start a build or charge you; the team agrees the scope and price with you before you approve a written plan. -
Check your business information with the team. Read the offer, contact details and the words the host uses. Give it your actual booking link or contact form if that is the next step you want. Ask a question whose answer is missing, too: the host should say when it does not know.
-
Review the staged site. Staged means built for checking; it does not mean visitors can already reach it on your domain. If you inspect a directory entry, read its release status before treating it as a working site. Try the pages and the contact or booking link on your phone.
-
Agree the launch with the team. You supply the domain settings; NetShow handles publishing the checked site and preparing the server. Follow Point your domain at NetShow when the team confirms your site is ready.
What your visitor meets
On a site built with the full Alive Kit enabled, a living character greets first with words on screen. Its greeting identifies it as an AI host and says “You can interrupt me anytime.” Where sound is allowed, it speaks; otherwise the visitor's first interaction anywhere on the page lets the NetShow voice start. If voice is unavailable, the words remain readable.
The host can point out a section, find an offer, compare products or guide a visitor toward a form, depending on the site's configured skills. It asks permission before filling or sending a form. The full-toolbox switch is off by default, so ask the team which skills your staged site actually includes. A site with an older host does not automatically gain those skills.
