Everything about your plan lives on two pages: your own plan page inside the dashboard, and the public Plans page. This guide walks both, and names the one page Stripe runs for your card, so you know where to look before you need to.
Steps
-
Find your plan. Sign in and open the menu under your name. Choose the entry whose name ends in "Plans"; it has a card icon. It opens your own plan page. Its Current Plan card names the plan you are on, and says Free Plan when you have no paid plan. Keep this page handy: every step below starts from it or from the Plans page.
-
See what you pay and when. The Current Plan card shows the amount listed for your plan; the Managed and BYO Key buttons switch that view between a plan where NetShow supplies the model keys and one where you bring your own. What your card was really charged is in Recent Transactions: each charge with its date and status. The page does not show the date of your next charge. This guide types no amount on purpose: read it on the page itself.
-
Change your plan. Open Plans. When you are signed in, the card for the plan you are on says Your current plan, and the free card otherwise says Included with every account. Use Monthly and Yearly to compare. A plan that is open for sign-up has a button that starts with Choose and the plan's name; a plan marked Coming soon is not open yet and offers Join the list instead. Enterprise is arranged through Talk to sales. If you already pay and want a different paid plan, ask our team through the contact page before you choose, so the change is made on the plan you already have. On your own plan page, Upgrade Plan and Select / Upgrade only jump down to Available Upgrade Tiers on that same page; they show options, they do not change anything.
-
Update your card. The Payment Method card on your plan page shows the card on file, or No payment method on file. The button under it that starts with Manage reloads the same page; it is not a card form. To change the card, open the Stripe portal. It sends you to a page Stripe runs for your account, because Payments handled by Stripe is how NetShow works: your card number never reaches NetShow. If your account has no customer record with Stripe yet, that link brings you back to the Plans page instead.
-
Cancel. The Plans page states it under Cancel anytime: one message to our team stops your paid plan. That link opens the contact page, whose form works even without JavaScript. Say which account and which plan you mean. When the paid plan ends your account is not closed: the free plan is Included with every account. The free card on the Plans page lists what the free plan includes, so compare it with what you use before you cancel.
-
Find your receipts. Recent Transactions on your plan page lists your latest charges, with a short note in their place when there are none yet. For a receipt document, open the Stripe portal. If it does not show the one you need, ask our team through the contact page.
Credits are separate from the plan. Buy Credits and Top Up Tokens / Credits on your plan page buy extra usage; they do not change or cancel your plan.
What this does not do
This guide does not change, cancel or refund anything, and it does not quote an amount: amounts are read from the Plans page and your own plan page, which are the record. It does not promise what the Stripe page lets you change; Stripe shows the options your account has there. Card details are entered only on Stripe's page, never in a chat with an agent. Your own agent can read these steps to you, but it cannot cancel or change a plan for you: a person on our team does that from your message.
