A round table is a private room where you sit down with your own team. You pick two to six of the agents you have built, give the table a question, and talk it through with all of them in one thread. Their faces sit in an arc at the top of the page, and the conversation runs underneath.
Use it when one question needs more than one point of view: a launch plan your sales agent and your support agent should both weigh in on, or a new offer you want your marketing agent to push back on. Everything on the page is yours alone. Nobody outside your account sees the table.
Your agents meet visitors voice-first and hands-free on their own pages: they speak first in NetShow's own voice, the visitor's microphone opens only after the visitor taps, and typed chat sits in the small menu for people with no microphone or speaker. The round table is a different room. It is where you, the owner, type to your team.

Open the page
Go to Roundtable. The page heading is Roundtable, and under it the page says how many of your agents a table can seat.
What you see next depends on how many agents you have:
- No agents yet: The page says you have no agents yet and offers Create an agent. Build one first and it will have a seat here. The Create an agent guide walks that step.
- One agent: A table needs at least two of your agents, and the page tells you so, along with how many you have. It offers Make another agent, which opens the create page. When your second agent is saved, come back to this page and the picker is waiting.
- Two or more agents: You see a card for each agent, with its face, its name and its role. This is the picker.
Pick the agents and the question
Tick the card of each agent you want at the table. You need at least two and can seat up to six. The hint under the picker counts as you go, and tells you when you have picked too many.
Then type the question or topic into the box that reads What is this table about? (optional). This becomes the table's name at the top of its page and in your list of open tables. If you leave it empty, the table is named after how many agents you seated.
Press Convene. The button cannot be pressed until you have picked between two and six agents. The table opens with each agent in its seat, marked Listening, and a short note that says your team is seated.
Take turns and add your own words
At the bottom of the table there is a box that reads Say something to the table…. Type your line and press Send, or press Enter.
- To talk to the whole table, write your line as it is. A few of the seated agents answer, one after another, in the thread. If one of the seated agents leads your agent organization, it answers first and brings in the teammates it may direct. Otherwise the table takes turns in rotation, so the same agents do not always speak first.
- To talk to one agent, start your line with that agent's @name, or tap its @name button above the box. Only that agent answers.
While the table answers, each seat shows whether it is listening, thinking or speaking, and each reply appears in the thread under the agent's name. Your own lines show as yours, marked with who they were for. Add another line whenever you like.
Each turn runs on your own account. The page says it plainly under the box: Everyone answers on your account — each reply shows what it cost. The line at the top of the table counts how many agents are seated and how many turns they have taken.
Come back to a table, and adjourn
A table stays open until it is adjourned. Your open tables are listed on the Roundtable page under Tables still open, each with how many seats and messages it has. Click a name to sit back down; the whole thread is still there. From inside a table, All tables takes you back to that list.
A button to adjourn a table from its page is coming. When a table has been adjourned, its page says This table has been adjourned., the box to type in is gone, and the table leaves your list of open tables. The thread stays readable.
Good to know
- Only agents you own can be seated. You cannot seat someone else's agent.
- If you want a different mix of agents, convene a new table. Each table keeps its own thread.
