A staged site is a prepared copy you can inspect before visitors reach it on its domain. NetShow's private Site gallery lets the site owner and administrators review that copy. It also shows the website records to set when the site is approved for publishing.
Open the private gallery
Sign in with owner or administrator access and open Site gallery. You can also reach it from Mission Control → Factory Fleet → Site gallery.
The gallery is available only while NetShow's fleet_sites_owner_preview switch is on. That switch defaults off. If the page is unavailable or the link is missing, ask NetShow whether the gallery has been enabled. Ordinary member accounts and signed-out visitors cannot open these private previews.
Check a staged site
- Search for the business name or domain. The Staged, Published, DNS pointed, Not staged and All filters help narrow the cards.
- Find the site's card. It shows a thumbnail when available, its batch and separate staged, published and DNS states. Staged with a failed check means it still needs attention.
- Choose Live preview. Switch between Phone and Desktop and check the page's words, links and layout. Close returns to the gallery; New tab opens the preview separately.
A site marked Not staged has no staged preview to open. The preview shows the prepared page; it does not prove the site's live voice connection works. A host shown in the preview is an AI, and voice may remain captions until the published domain is set up.
Read the DNS records
DNS tells browsers where a domain goes. Open DNS records to set in Cloudflare on the site's card. Read that site's values rather than copying another site's setup:
- A, name @: the hosting address shown on the card, with Proxied selected.
- CNAME, name www: the domain shown on the card, with Proxied selected.
The card also shows the secure-connection setting: Full until NetShow has installed the origin certificate, then Full (strict). Confirm that setup with NetShow before changing it. Download CSV saves the gallery's rows and record instructions for review.
Choose Check DNS for one site or Check DNS (next 10) for a batch. Until checked, the card says Not checked yet. On Cloudflare proxy means the public answer points to Cloudflare; it does not prove Cloudflare's hidden hosting address is correct.
The gallery does not change DNS or publish a site. Staged, Published and a DNS answer are separate checks, so a working preview is not a launch confirmation.
Next: have NetShow confirm the site is approved and published, then follow Point your domain at NetShow with the records from its card.
