Your NetShow agent is the AI your visitors meet. A harness is another AI helper it can turn to for a particular job. The router can choose among the helpers that are connected and ready, instead of making you name one every time.
Open the router
Sign in and open Harness, then Harness router: give your agents expert harnesses. The router is at /dashboard/harness/router. Choose the NetShow agent you want to set up.
If that address is not available on your account yet, the owner Harness router switch is still off. Your agent keeps answering as it does today; there is nothing you need to repair.
Give the agent useful choices
Attach or connect the harnesses you want this agent to use. Each catalog card says what the harness is good for, what it costs and what it can touch. An attached name is not enough by itself: a helper must still be connected and reachable when a turn arrives.
Put the agent's harness choice on Auto on its Studio page. Auto is shown only when automatic picking is switched on. Your previous choice stays as the default if the router cannot make a safe pick.
Choose by expertise
When Who answers which kind of turn is available on the router page, leave a kind on By expertise to let the router use the connected harness whose listed expertise fits. You can instead choose NetShow or one named harness for that kind, then press Save who answers.
The line under every choice says why: for example, which harness has that expertise, that NetShow was your pick, or that a chosen harness is off and the default will answer. The page also says when your map is saved for later because Auto is not switched on.
What happens on a turn
Auto considers only helpers that are allowed and reachable for this agent. A turn that clearly names an expertise can go to the matching attached harness. For other turns, the router compares the job with the current choices. If it is not confident, cannot read the choice, sees only one candidate, or finds the requested helper unavailable, it keeps your default.
The owner's Harness card reports those fallback reasons in plain words, without storing the visitor's message in the routing receipt. You can still name a reachable helper directly with @name when you want that exact one.
Next step
Send one harmless test question from your agent's owner screen. Then return to its Harness card and check who answered and why. If the default answered, check that the helper is connected and that its expertise matches the job.
