What happens after you book a build call

4 min read

A build call is how NetShow builds an AI employee for your business: you tell us the job, a person replies, and nothing is built or charged until you approve a plan in writing. This guide walks the request from the button to the page you land on, so you know what you are agreeing to before you press anything.

From the button to your request

  1. Pick the job and press the button. On AI employees each job has Book a build call for this job; the hire pages and the other selling pages end on Book a build call. These buttons open the build call page, headed Tell us the job. We'll build the AI employee. If the button named a job, the page shows Your package: under the heading with a change link, and the message box already names it.
  2. Fill in four fields. Under Send us the job the form asks for Your name, Email, Topic and The job. The topic starts on AI employee build; choose Enterprise / custom for a bespoke or larger build. Write the job in your own words: the page says there is nothing to prepare. It never asks for a card number, a password or an account, and you do not need to sign in.
  3. Press Send build request. The button reads Send build request. Your request goes to the same inbox as the contact page and a copy is kept on our side, so it is not lost if the email fails to send. One connection can send five messages an hour; after that the form keeps your words and tells you how long to wait.
  4. Land on the confirmation. With either build topic you arrive on a page headed Your build call request is in. It opens with Nothing has been charged. There is nothing to pay to book, and no work starts until you approve a written build plan. Another topic returns you to the form with a thank-you line instead.

What happens next

The confirmation page lists these steps under What happens next, in this order:

  1. We reply within one business day. A person on the NetShow team writes back to the email you gave us to set a time for the call.
  2. A short call about the job. We talk through the job you want done, where it happens today and what good looks like.
  3. A build plan in writing. What we build, what it will cost and when, before any work starts.
  4. We build it with you. You see the AI employee take shape and approve what it says.
  5. It goes live, and we review it monthly. On your website, your phone line or your tools, as the plan says. Each month we look at what it did with you and improve it.

"Within one business day" means a written reply from a person to the address you typed, not an automatic receipt. It sets a time for the call; the call itself is not booked on a calendar from the page.

What to have ready

Under What to have ready the page asks for a few words on each of these:

  • Your business and its website.
  • The one job you want done first.
  • Where your visitors or callers meet you today.
  • Who approves what the AI employee may do.

A few words on each is plenty; the rest is worked out on the call.

Reaching a person sooner

Both pages print a phone number and a WhatsApp line. On the build call page they follow Rather talk now?; on the confirmation they sit under Need us sooner? Calls are answered (US business hours, Pacific). While you wait, the confirmation offers Talk to Mrs. NetShow, Try the eight looks and Read the posts under While you wait.

What this does not do

Booking does not charge you, start any work or create an account. The page does not pick a call time for you; the reply does. This guide names no cost: what the build costs comes in the written build plan, and nothing is built until you approve it.
