You can stop a paid plan whenever you like. There is no cancel button: one message to our team does it, the way the Plans page promises under Cancel anytime. Your account and your agents stay.
Steps
-
Check what you are on. Sign in, open the menu under your name and choose Billing & Plans. The Current Plan card names your plan. If it carries the Free tag, you have no paid plan and there is nothing to cancel.
-
Open the contact page. Its form works even without JavaScript. Fill in Your name and Email. Use the email address on your NetShow account, so we find the right plan.
-
Pick Customer support as the Topic.
-
In Message, say which plan to stop, for example: "Please cancel my paid plan on this account." Then press Send message. You can also write to support@netshow.ai from the email address on your account.
-
A person on our team cancels the plan from your message. Your own agent can read these steps to you, but it cannot cancel a plan for you.
-
Check it. Open Billing & Plans again later. Recent Transactions lists each charge with its date, so you can see that no new charge came after your plan stopped. To see what Stripe keeps for your card, open the Stripe portal.
What stays after you cancel
Your account is not closed. The free plan is Included with every account, and the free card on the Plans page lists what it includes, so compare it with what you use. Credits you bought with Buy Credits are separate from your plan.
If you want your account and your data gone too, see Delete your account and your data. Cancelling a plan does not delete anything.
What this does not do
This guide does not cancel anything by itself, and it does not quote an amount or promise money back: amounts are on your Billing & Plans page and on the Plans page. Never type a card number into a message or a chat with an agent.
